Founder & Founding Presiding Bishop
Bishop Jay Neal
Bishop Jay Neal is the founder and Founding Presiding Bishop of Apostolic Christians Together Serving, Inc. (ACTS), an independent Christian fellowship dedicated to biblical teaching, discipleship, ministerial development, and community outreach. His Christian journey began around the age of eleven, growing up in a family deeply rooted in the Apostolic Pentecostal tradition. Surrounded by generations of ministers, evangelists, musicians, and church leaders, he developed an appreciation for Scripture, worship, service, and the responsibilities of Christian leadership.
Bishop Neal brings a diverse background in military service, organizational leadership, business administration, and preparation for Christian ministry. As a United States Army veteran, he served in human resources and administrative operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is pursuing graduate theological education through Grace Christian University. Through ACTS Academy, he has developed educational courses designed to help believers strengthen their understanding of Scripture and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. He also serves as an authorized wedding officiant in Ohio.
