The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.

The Bible teaches that there is one God who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These are not separate gods, but one God fully revealed in Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the visible manifestation of the invisible God, and that through Him we come to know the fullness of God, which strengthens our Christian lives and supports our spiritual growth.
We believe Jesus made it clear that a personal relationship with Him is both necessary and desired. We are committed to training others to develop a genuine and deep relationship with Him.
We are not Sunday-only Christians. We are called to live out our faith daily—growing, serving, and walking in truth beyond the walls of the church.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” — John 1:1 (ESV)
“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” — John 1:14 (ESV)

ACTS is an oversight organization providing training, operational guidance, and licensing to churches under our covering.
We are building a culture where church is:
Founding Bishop Neal will establish churches and appoint lead pastors, while existing churches may also apply for affiliation. Across ACTS and its affiliated churches, leadership operates with accountability—no one functions with unchecked authority.
“This is why I left you in Crete, so that you might put what remained into order, and appoint elders in every town as I directed you.” Titus 1:5
“And when they had appointed elders for them in every church… they committed them to the Lord.” Acts 14:23

A.C.T.S Apostolic Christians Together Serving, Inc. is actively building a network of affiliated churches, beginning with our first church led by Bishop Neal. We are currently identifying locations and preparing for expansion.
As part of our mission, we are developing community outreach initiatives across Central Ohio. These efforts are designed to meet real needs—providing support for families, safe spaces for children, and practical help for those facing hardship.
Through outreach, service, and fellowship, we are committed to strengthening communities while encouraging spiritual growth rooted in biblical truth.
"Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Philippians 2:4 (ESV)
" 35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’" Matthew 25:35-36 (ESV)

What sets A.C.T.S apart is our commitment to accountability, transparency, and authentic ministry—firmly grounded in biblical principles.
Our structure reflects the model seen in the early Church, where leadership operated with guidance, counsel, and accountability rather than unchecked authority. We are not built on personalities or performance, but on structure, support, and shared responsibility in alignment with Scripture.
We reject pressure-driven giving (we support tithes and offering yet we don't do offering during service) and instead focus on serving people, strengthening communities, and helping individuals grow in a real and personal relationship with Jesus Christ—led by truth, not trends.
"Where there is no guidance, a people falls,
but in an abundance of counselors there is safety." Proverbs 11:14 (ESV)
"2 shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight,[a] not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you;[b] not for shameful gain, but eagerly; 3 not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock." 1 Peter 5:2-3 (ESV)
