Summer is Coming!
This summer, Apostolic Christians Together Serving (A.C.T.S.) is preparing to serve the community through outreach events such as BBQ gatherings, free food distributions, fundraising car washes, and clothing drives. These initiatives not only support those in need but also foster spiritual growth within our community. If you feel led to volunteer or support these efforts, including participating in baptism in the name of Jesus, we invite you to stay connected for upcoming opportunities.
Wedding Officiation
We provide faith-based wedding officiant services and will travel to your location to help make your special day meaningful and memorable. Our services currently extend to Bellefontaine and Marysville, Ohio, with limited availability in surrounding areas. In addition to officiating weddings, we also celebrate important milestones such as baptisms in the name of Jesus, supporting spiritual growth within our community. A service fee applies, and proceeds help support Apostolic Christians Together Serving (A.C.T.S.) and our ongoing community outreach efforts. Donations are appreciated but not required.
Founder & Presiding Bishop Jay Neal
I have been walking with Christ since I was around 11 years old, and that journey has shaped every part of who I am today. Raised in a family with a rich legacy of Christian faith and ministry, I have been blessed to learn from evangelists, pastors, ministers, and church mothers whose example has strengthened my calling to serve others with humility and compassion.
As the Founder and Presiding Bishop of ACTS Apostolic Christians Together Serving, Inc., my desire is to help people grow closer to Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, discipleship, outreach, pastoral care, and practical service.
Today, that mission includes community outreach initiatives, Christian education through ACTS Ministries Academy, and officiating weddings as part of serving individuals and families in meaningful moments of life.
Alongside my ministry work, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which helps me steward and develop ministry initiatives with integrity and purpose. My goal has never been to build a platform for myself, but to build opportunities for others to encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and serve their communities.
Whether someone is taking their very first step toward Jesus or has walked with Him for many years, my prayer is that ACTS will be a place where people are welcomed, equipped, and encouraged to live out the Gospel.
